Cocktail Tasting: Phase 1 @ The Observatory

Turn on your taste buds because this is going to be dizzyingly delicious! Our chief mixologist and bartender-extraordinaire Danny St. Louis is hosting what will be The Observatory’s first cocktail tasting event. This will be a great opportunity to sample some truly unique alcoholic combinations and discuss them either seriously or lightheadedly with their creator. So join us for a chic and elegant night with good drinks, talks and palate cleansers in between!
Progressive tasting night (one by one in order)
Cover charge: 350 000d for 4 drinks & palate cleansers
DRINK LIST
1. Drunken Earl
A martini glass bringing out the best of both worlds: tea and booze.


White rum, Earl Grey & Citrus Zest syrup, orange juice, cloves, cinnamon, lime, mint leaves and flamed orange twist

2. Balsamic Chocolate Chili Martini
This will awaken all your taste buds with strong flavours of chocolate and chilly along with delightful notes of balsamic vinegar.
Gin, Crème de Cacao, chili, chocolate, balsamic vinegar, lavender cinnamon rim
3. Lavender Lemon Drop
Our floral take on a classic. Think of something sweet, sour and fragrant and there you have it.
Lavender & Rosemary infused vodka, lemon, lime, lime zest, honey, lavender sugar rim
4. Liquid biscuit
A “dessert drink”. Thick, sweet, and creamy. It’s like eating a biscuit and getting drunk at the same time.
Vanilla infused vodka, Galliano, Crème de Cacao, coffee, cream, biscuits, crushed biscuit rim


Palate Cleanser: Citrus and cucumber sorbet.
